Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
A full refund or credit will also be issued in the event of operator cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled trip will be charged the full price and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
